The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Seikhpura P.S.Case No. 65 of 2018, registered under Sections 457, 380, 511 of the Indian Penal Code. The allegation in brief is that the petitioner was caught red handed while the petitioner along with others was breaking the door of the oil mill of neighborhood.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is neighbor of the informant and has falsely been implicated in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 22.02.2018. It is also submitted the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

No.20580 of 2018 (6) dt.25-06-2018 2/2 Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Seikhpura in connection with Seikhpura P.S.Case No. 65 of 2018.
