The trial court has reported that the prosecution evidence is still going on. However, the trial court has sought one month time for conclusion of trial of the petitioner. It is informed on behalf of the petitioner that in this matter, the Superintendent of Police, Nawada twice appeared before this court and assured the court for production of prosecution witnesses but his assurance went in vain and still, the matter is pending for recording the prosecution evidence. In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in connection with Pakribarawan P.S. Case No. 119 of 2014 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 194 of 2015/26 of 2016 is again rejected.

No.35342 of 2016 (7) dt.07-12-2016 2/2 However, it is made clear that if, trial of the petitioner is not concluded within a month from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order, the matter shall be viewed seriously and this court will take action against the trial court as well as the Superintendent of Police, Nawada.
