Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 2482 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner never made any demand of dowry nor tortured the complainant ever. As a matter of fact, the complaint herself is not ready to live with this petitioner as she has solemnized second marriage with one Raj Kumar

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, I, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Complaint Case No. 2482 of 2019 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
