JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-10-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and counsel appearing on behalf of the State as well as Commission. The issue involved in the present writ application for appointment against unfilled 2413 vacancies out of 34540. After decision of this Court as well as the Apex Court the Bihar Staff Selection Commission has invited objection for preparing the final list for appointment of 2413 unfilled vacancies and after inviting objection the Commission has proceeded ahead for finalizing the list.
In view of the above no further indulgence is granted to the petitioner and the Court hope and trust that the Staff
Patna High Court CWJC No.21435 of 2014(3) dt.09-10-2018 2/2 Selection Commission finalize the select list at the earliest so that appointment will be made against 2413 unfilled vacancies. With the aforesaid the writ petition stands disposed of. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) T.Kr./- U
