Petitioners are in custody since 01.12.2016 in connection with Hajipur Town P.S. Case No. 705 of 2015 registered under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioner No.1, who is brother-in-law of the deceased and the petitioner No.2 happens to be Gotni of the deceased are innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and no specific overt act is attributed to them. Nothing has been stated against these petitioners by the father of the deceased rather the entire case has been lodged by the uncle of the deceased. The petitioners are rotting in custody for the last four months.
