JUSTICE VIKASH JAIN ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 26-02-2016 The present writ petition has been filed for quashing of the Advertisement dated 22.10.2014 issued in the daily Hindi Newspaper 'Dainik Jagran' upto the extent of Serial No. 29 location Mauna Chowk Fakuli Road.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier in the year 2010 a similar advertisement had been published for the same location for open category under which the petitioner had applied but the same had to be cancelled owing to certain mistake in the name of the location. The instant advertisement dated 22.10.2014

Patna High Court CWJC No.21869 of 2014 dt.26-02-2016 2/2 has been published only for the Scheduled Caste category to the prejudice of the petitioner who is thus precluded from applying for award of the Retail Outlet Petrol Pump.

3. Allotment of Retail Outlet Petrol Pump falls within the domain of the respondent-Corporation and the category to which it would be made applicable is a policy decision, which this Court would not interfere with.
