1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case no.97 of 2025 registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, while country made loaded pistol and a live cartridge was recovered from the possession of the co-accused Abhimanyu Kumar @ Mannu Kumar, on search a mobile phone was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The accused are said to have told the informant that they are involved in conducting robbery etc.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no

No.38388 of 2025(2) dt.12-06-2025 2/2 incriminating article has been recovered from the petitioner's possession and he has been falsely implicated in the case because of his antecedents. He is in custody since 16.4.2025 and undertakes to cooperate in the investigation/trial.

5. The application for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P. for the State.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against the petitioner in the F.I.R., the only recovery from the petitioner being that of a mobile phone together with the petitioner having remained in custody since 16.4.2025, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Jankinagar P.S. Case no.97 of 2025, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Purnea.
