The petitioner seeks bail in a case instituted under Sections 147, 148, 149, 331, 342, 323, 379, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure-1 to the present application with an observation "at this stage".

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 25.12.2015. The case has not yet been committed to the court of Sessions. The petitioner is said to be a government employee and there is no chance of his absconding.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Munger in connection with Asarganj P.S.
