Counsel for the petitioner submits that during pendency of this writ petition, most of his retiral dues have been paid but he seeks liberty from this court that in case any amount, for which he is entitled but not paid, then he may be permitted to file representation afresh.

Counsel for the State submits that as per his knowledge, admissible dues have been paid to the petitioner but if he found that there is something not paid, he may file representation.
