The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S. Case No. 58 of 2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 452, 376 and 511 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8 and 10 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.
The allegation against the petitioner is intruding into the house of the victim girl and trying to outrage her modesty. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said house of the victim girl is a one room house and it is highly improbable that the petitioner would attempt such an act without being noticed by the family members. The petitioner is stated to be having a clean antecedent and is languishing in custody since

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 1st Additional District & Session Judge, Bhagalpur in connection with Dholbajja (Kadwa) P.S.
