The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Earlier, prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 9303 of 2021.

No new ground has been raised by the petitioner to consider the present application.

Considering the fact aforesaid, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his payer for bail is rejected in connection with Lalganj P.S. Case No. 226 of 2019 pending before the court of the learned A.C.J.M.-IX, Vaishali at Hajipur.
