This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 341, 323, 302 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For land dispute the petitioner fired causing injury at the chest of the son of the informant, as a result whereof he died.

Submission is of false implication due to land dispute.

Considering the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.

The prayer for bail is refused.

The learned trial Court is directed to expedite the trial, since the petitioner is in custody since 19.07.2016.
