3. The petitioner's Revision Case No. 45 of 2021 assailing the order of the District Programme Officer, Buxar in Case No. 2 of 2020 is stated to be pending.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner raises a limited grievance regarding pendency of the revision application. In view thereof and since no adjudication is called for, the writ application need not be kept pending and is,

5. If the petitioner's Revision application has not been disposed of then this Court would direct the Divisional Commissioner, Patna (Respondent No.2) to pass appropriate final speaking orders thereupon within a period of four (04) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
