JUSTICE RAKESH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 01-03-2016 After some argument, Sri Shashi Shekhar Tiwary, learned counsel for the petitioner, in presence of learned AC to SC-11, makes a prayer for disposal of the writ petition, so that the petitioner may file a fresh representation before the Director, Agriculture, Govt. of Bihar, Patna regarding his claim, which has been made in the present writ petition.
Initially, the Court was not inclined to entertain such writ petition keeping in view the fact that the dispute was stale. However, in view of submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Court proposes to dispose of the writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned and file a fresh representation. Patna High Court CWJC No.4194 of 2011 (7) dt.01-03-2016 2/2 filed by the petitioner before the Director, Agriculture, Govt. of Bihar, Patna with supporting documents within eight weeks from today, the Director, Agriculture, Govt. of Bihar, Patna may examine the same and pass appropriate order in accordance with law within three months from the date of filing of such representation.
