The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under section 498A and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. The petitioner is the husband and he is ready to keep his wife.

Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, and the court below shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail after issuing notice to the complainant, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49238 of 2014 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2 / 2 thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai, in connection with Complaint Case No. 8289(c)/2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Thereafter, the court below shall make efforts to resolve the dispute between husband and wife. If the dispute between husband and wife is resolved, the court below shall confirm the provisional bail. If the dispute between husband and wife is not resolved, the court below shall pass order on merit on the provisional bail.
