04.08.2016 Heard learned counsel for the Petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences under Section 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner happens to be mother-in-law of the deceased and she was made accused in a case registered under Section 304B/34 IPC in the year 2006. The police submitted charge-sheet against the petitioner showing her absconder and subsequently she was remanded in this case on 05.06.2016.

Submission on behalf of the petitioner is that the petitioner was suffering from paralysis and that was the reason she could not be appeared before the trial Court. It is also pointed out on behalf of the petitioner that other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.30220 of 2016 (2) dt.04-08-2016 family members of the petitioner had already surrendered before the trial Court and the husband of the deceased as well as some others have already been granted privilege of bail.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the Petitioner, above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 5,000/- (Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Khagaria in connection with S.C. No. 295A of 2011 arising out of Parbatta P.S. Case No. 03 of 2006.
