The petitioner is accused in connection with Sherghaty (Dobhi) P.S. Case No. 268 of 2016, registered under Section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sherghaty (Gaya). The accusation is of killing of daughter of informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry by strangulating her neck.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is the husband of the deceased and due to some quarrel deceased, wife of the petitioner, committed suicide by handing herself. Further submission is that petitioner is in custody since

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of bail stands rejected.
