Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol is said to have been recovered from conscious possession of the petitioner for which petitioner is in jail custody since 05.02.2016. No doubt, petitioner carries some criminal antecedent but considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
