The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 registered for the offence under Sections-420, 406 & 409 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner happens to be rice mill owner and the accusation against him is that he did not supply rice and misappropriated government money but on the petition of the petitioner, an enquiry was conducted and it was found that store keeper, supervisor and transporter misappropriated the amount in question and as a matter of fact, petitioner had lifted only 1000 quintals of paddy for which, he has already deposited the amount

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.26483 of 2015 (2) dt.17-07-2015 2/2 in the light of order passed by the District Magistrate. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submission of the parties, let the petitioner named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of order in the court below, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Chainpur P.S. Case No. 68 of 2015 to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua subject to conditions as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Hemant Kumar Srivastava, J) A.K.V./- U T
