The petitioner is accused in connection with Chakia P.S. Case No. 63 of 2016 registered under Sections 272, 273 and 290/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 47A of the Excise Act.
The accusation is of recovery of 70 litres of country made liquor contained in two Galan from the hut, while the petitioner succeeded to flee away from there. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Hut, in which, the 70 litres of country made liquor was recovered, was not belonging to this petitioner. It is further submitted that

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-13, Motihari, in connection with Chakia P.S.
