Initially there were 14 petitioners. However, the application was restricted to petitioner no. 2. In the present application the relief sought was to grant pension under the
Patna High Court CWJC No.94 of 2015 (6) dt.03-08-2015 2/2 Employees Pension Scheme on the ground that since the year 2005 and till their date of superannuation, amounts were deposited in their respective accounts.
Mr. P.K. Verma, learned senior counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2 submits that from the entire writ petition there is no detail with regard petitioner no. 2 (now sole petitioner) as to when he joined and when he superannuated and what amounts were paid so that appropriate instructions can be taken from the authority.
This Court finds substance in the objection of learned counsel for respondents no. 1 and 2.
Accordingly, the application stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate application, if so advised, before the appropriate authority.
