Learned counsel for the respondents, on instruction, submitted that grievance of the petitioner read with the order of this Court dated 08.01.2020 passed in CWJC No. 67 of 2020 is stated to have been complied in a phased manner. Insofar as cancellation of Jamabandi is concerned, it is cancelled on 27.05.2022.

3. In the light of these facts and circumstances, the present MJC/contempt petition does not survive for consideration. Accordingly, the present MJC/contempt petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the petitioner to assail any of the action of the concerned respondent, in accordance with law.

4. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the order of this Court has not been complied.

5. Perusal of the order of this Court, it is only for submission of representation and thereafter, the concerned authority was required to act upon the petitioner's representation. If there is any defect in the order, he has fresh cause of action insofar as challenging the compliance of the order.
