2. The petitioner is in custody since 29.03.2016 in connection with Kinjer P.S. Case No. 54 of 2010 for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 307, 121, 121(A), 124(A) of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and also Section 17 of the CLA Act.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated on mere suspicion. It is further submitted that no injury has been caused to anyone. Similarly situated coaccused, namely, Saroj Ravidas @ Sudarshan Ravidas, has been granted bail vide order dated 03.01. 2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50519 of 2013.
