JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 04-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 25(1-B)a/26 of the Arms Act and Section 47(A) of the Excise Act.

Later on offences under Sections 364A/368/120B/420/34 of the Indian Penal Code were added. Name of the petitioner transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Vimlendu Ranjan @ Ranjan Jha @ Ranjan Jha. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Submission is that Vimlendu Ranjan @ Ranjan

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16280 of 2017 (2) dt.04-04-2017 2/2 Jha @ Ranjan Jha and some other accused persons have already been allowed bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide Annexure-2 series.

Considering the facts and circumstances, let petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned 11th Additional Sessions Judge, Motihari, East Champaran at Motihari/Successor Court, in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No.132 of 2016, giving rise to S.T. No.952 of 2016, with condition that petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the Court-below shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail-bonds of the petitioner in this case.
