The petitioner has made a prayer for directing the respondents to declare him eligible for selection and appointment to the post of Assistant Teacher on the basis of degree issued by the Sahitya Alankar from Hindi Vidyapith, Deogarh. At the very outset, Sri Nikesh Kumar, learned counsel for the respondent as well as learned State counsel submits that the issue regarding non-entertainment of the applications of the candidates, having qualification from Sahitya Alankar from Hindi Vidyapith, Deogarh has already been set at rest by this Court, reported in 2012 (4) P.L.J.R. 185 (Sudhanshu Shekhar -Vs.- State of Bihar) as well as 2014 (4) P.L.J.R. 401 (Subhash Chandra Paswan -Vs.- State of Bihar) and as such, no relief can be granted to the petitioner.
On the point raised by the learned counsel for respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner was not in a position to dispute the proposition of law.
In view of facts and circumstances, there is no need to keep the matter pending.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
