JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-07-2015 The petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered under sections 341, 342, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that five persons assaulted the informant, when petitioner no.1 had caused injury by knife, whereas petitioner no.2 pointed pistol on the temporal region and Rs.1100 /- was snatched away.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury report does not suggest any injury by knife and all the injuries are found simple in nature.

The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27202 of 2015 (2) dt.21-07-2015 2/2 below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Barharia P.S.Case No. 498/2014 pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan. This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
