This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 273/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 30(a), 37(a), 37(d), 38(i), 41 and 47 of the Bihar Excise (Amendment) Act, 2016.

About ten liters of liquor was recovered from the possession of two persons, which they were jointly carrying. The petitioner has stated on oath that he has got no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 21.02.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Pusa P.S. Case No. 21 of 2017 to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Samastipur, or successor Court.
