The petitioner seeks bail in Kawakole P.S. Case No. 53 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 75 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act and Sections 3⁄4 of Explosive Substance Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that from the seizure list it appears that one live cartridge, two Motorcycles and Mobile Phone have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is in custody since 7.3.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let
