2. Perused the order of the Tribunal dated 06.05.2016. Demand for compassionate appointment of daughter-in-law has been rejected by the authorities and a prayer made before the Tribunal for a direction has also been dismissed on the ground that there is no scheme or provision for such compassionate appointment.

3. In absence of such scheme having been brought even before this Court to show the right flowing therefrom, no interference is warranted with the order dated 06.05.2016.
