It has been submitted that due to inadvertence in the last paragraph of the order dated 17.03.2017, by which the petitioner was granted bail, in place of „Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, District- East Champaran,‟ it has been typed as "Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya". It has been submitted that petitioner has given correct description of the Court in the prayer portion of the application.

Accordingly, last paragraph of the order dated 17.03.2017 is modified to the extent that in place of „Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya‟ it should be read as "Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, District- East

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8782 of 2017 (3) dt.23-03-2017 2/2 Champaran."

Let this order be communicated to the SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Dhaka, East Champaran, in connection with Ghorasan (Lakhaura) P.S. Case No.417 of 2016.
