Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of robbery is against unknown. Petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2016. Investigation of the case is already complete. Submission is that nothing was recovered from the possession of the petitioner nor the petitioner was ever put on T.I. Parade during investigation. Only material is confessional statement of the co-accused before the police. Further submission is that some other co-accused have already been allowed bail in this case vide statement in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4978 of 2018 (4) dt.08-05-2018 paragraph-16 of the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bounsi Police Station Case No.72 of 2016, Sessions Trial No. 317 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
