2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S. Case No. 1064 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 137(2), 96, 352, 351(2)(3), 3(5) of the the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of kidnapping the victim girl.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2025 and in the statement of the victim girl, she has said that she has left her house on her own but after knowing the fact that the petitioner was already married, she refused to stay with the

5. In view of the fact that the petitioner has cheated the informant by concealing the fact that petitioner was already married, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
