JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 14-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

In this case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Bagaha P.S. Case No. 41 of 2016 registered for offences under sections 461 & 379 of the Indian Penal Code. As per allegation, a burglary was committed in the night and from the shop, laptop and 30 sets of mobile were taken away. The accused persons has taken the name of the petitioner in his confessional statement and, on his confession, the stolen materials were recovered. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the looted articles have not been put to T.I. Parade. The petitioner is in judicial custody since 25.5.2016. Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27007 of 2016 (2) dt.14-07-2016 case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner, namely, Jitendra Chaudhary, is rejected.
