The petitioner seeks bail in Bettiah (M) Manuapul P.S. Case No. 18/2017, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. One Vishal Kumar was apprehended and he is said to have disclosed that some stolen bicycles and motorcycles may be recovered from the house of the petitioner situated in village Tunia, P.S. Manuapul. On such, the house of the petitioner was raided and two bicycles were recovered for that the petitioner is in jail since 23.01.2017. The petitioner has already remained in jail for two months.

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.12459 of 2017 (2) dt.22-03-2017 2/2 named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Bettiah (M) Manuapul P.S. Case No. 18/2017.
