The petitioner seeks bail in Ramgarh P.S. case no.32 of 2019 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. In the written report there is specific allegation against this petitioner of causing fire arm injury on temple of Sonu on account of which he fell down on the ground. Thereafter, All the four persons shot fire and fled away. Subsequently, Sonu died on the way to hospital.

Case diary has been received, wherein, postmortem report of deceased has been available. The doctor has found four firearm injury on the person of the deceased. The petitioner is the main assailant in this case,
