2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Special Case (POCSO) No. 287 of 2023 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 831 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 363, 366, 376 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 4 of the POCSO Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have committed rape upon the victim girl.

4. From the statement of the victim girl, it appears that the victim and the petitioner were in a relationship.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 28.08.2023.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this application is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-VII-cum-Exclusive Special Judge, POCSO Act, Patna in connection with Special Case (POCSO) No. 287 of 2023 arising out of Agamkuan P.S. Case No. 831 of 2023.
