The petitioner seeks bail in Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017 registered under Sections 363 and 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that Anuj Kumar @ Rigan, the son of the petitioner kidnapped his minor daughter. Leanred counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is the father of Anuj Kuamr @ Rigan. The victim made her statement under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and she disclosed that Anuj Kuamr @ Rigan took her to market and gave her cold drink and thereafter she became unconscious. The victim did not name the petitioner in her statement made under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19629 of 2017 (2) dt.28-04-2017 2/2 Procedure Considering the facts aforesaid that the petitioner is the father of Anuj Kumar @ Rigna and no allegation of kidnapping has been made against the petitioner, the above named petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 74 of 2017.
