L. in short hereinafter) is being filed for a direction to the Respondent authorities to up-grade the above named Middle School of Dinapatti Village up to High School as required as the Dinapatti village and the declaration by the Government of Bihar in Aam Sabha, dated 29.03.2018.

Patna High Court CWJC No.12221 of 2019(4) dt.09-12-2019 2/2 (ii) That this application is further for issuance of a direction to the respondents authorities to immediately take action as declared by the Collector of Supaul.

(iii) That this application by way of P.I.L. is being filed for a direction to Govt.

Respondents pursuant to Annexure-1 of this application. "

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the writpetitioner has already filed representation dated 29.04.2019 (Annexure-4) before the authority concerned, but the said representation has not been disposed of till date. Let the representation of the petitioner dated 29.04.2019 (Annexure-4) be considered and decided in accordance with law by the authority concerned within a period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of with the direction aforesaid.
