JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 26-07-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned APP for the State.

In the background of some sort of political rivalry, it has been alleged that while deceased was standing at a betel shop, he was caught hold by other accused while petitioner had shot at resulting instantaneous death.

In the aforesaid background, being a sole assailant of the deceased, I do not see it a fit case for grant of bail. Prayer for bail is rejected.
