ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 24-09-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 20.09.2018 in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.243 of 2018 registered for the offence under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the name of the present petitioner has surfaced in the confessional statement made before the police by one co-accused Tufani Rai @ Ghanshyam Rai. It is further submitted that till date there is no recovery nor has the petitioner been placed on T.I.Parade.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and the period of custody, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.38958 of 2019(3) dt.24-09-2019 2/2 above named, be released on bail on his furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No.243 of 2018.
