2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the earlier bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 31.01.2025 in Cr. Misc. No. 38889 of 2024, the petitioner is renewing his prayer for bail on the ground that the main accused (the CSP operator, Suraj Kumar) has been granted provisional bail by a Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 89518 of 2024 on the basis of his assurance to refund the money of the depositors. He has further submitted that Suraj Kumar has deposited the money of his customers. 3.
Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41565 of 2025(2) dt.11-07-2025 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Amahra) P.S. Case No. 970 of 2023, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available on each and every date till conclusion of the trial.
