The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Sangrampur P.S. Case No.52 of 2016 registered under Sections 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Regard being had to the recovery of stolen tempo in which the petitioner was moving, I am not inclined to grant him bail for the present. Accordingly, the prayer for bail is rejected.
