The petitioner seeks bail in Bakhari P.S. Case No.176 of 2019 registered under Section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

The police received secret inputs about bringing and selling of illicit liquor by Prince Kumar, Raushan Kumar(the petitioner) and Bhushan Kumar @ Bhushan Singh. The house of Bhushan Singh was searched and recovered 47.775 litres of liquor. Thereafter the houses of the petitioner and Prince Kumar were also searched but nothing has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. It is further submitted that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Taking into consideration the facts that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner, let the

No.37013 of 2020(2) dt.02-02-2021 2/2 petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Begusarai in connection with Bakhari P.S. Case No.176 of 2019.
