Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections-363, 366A, 370/372 of the Indian Penal Code. The victim was recovered from house of the petitioner and her statement u/S 164 of the Cr.P.C. was recorded, in which, she stated that she had gone along with a boy of Khataghat and the said boy provided her betel, which was eaten by her and she became senseless. Subsequently, she gave information to her family members and went along with the aforesaid boy, who took her at his home and established physical relationship with her. However, the investigation against the petitioner has already been completed. Accordingly, petitioner named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Jokihat Mahalgaon P.S.
