The petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2017 in connection with Patory P.S. Case No. 99 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner. The petitioner, is in custody since 12.03.2017.
Considering the aforesaid fact, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of
