JUSTICE SANJAY KUMAR ORAL ORDER 21-11-2017 The petitioner is plaintiff of Title Suit No.09 of 2005 pending in the Court of Munsif, Masaurhi, Patna. He has filed this application for quashing the order dated 06.07.2013 whereby and whereunder his prayer to appoint Advocate Commissioner under the provision of order 26 Rule 9 read with 151 CPC was rejected. The case is running for Admission. It appears that on 12.10.2017 nobody appeared to press this application. Today also nobody appeared to press this application.
Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
