In the background of land dispute, it has been alleged by the informant, Barti Devi that in the night of 20/21.06.2014, 10-12 persons made house trespass out of whom she had identified nine persons including the petitioners who assaulted her husband, Ujagir Bhuiyan and threw him on the ground and then some of them caught hold of him and then thereafter, Sanjay Yadav slit his neck.
It is evident that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Buttu Yadav, Sanjay Yadav and Ram Swaroop Yadav have been let off on bail vide Cr.Misc Nos. 44391/2014, 49306/2014 and 8825/2015.
Accordingly, petitioners, namely, Rameshar Yadav
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.33464 of 2016 (2) dt.17-09-2016 @ Rameshwar Yadav, Karu Yadav and Chanarik Yadav @ Chandrika Yadav are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Sherghati, Distt-Gaya in connection with Kothi PS Case No. 39/2014.
