The learned counsel for the petitioner is permitted to correct the name of the petitioner.

The petitioner is accused in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 337 of 2013, registered under Sections 395 and 397 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. and the name of the petitioner and others has come in the confessional statement of co-accused Kishori Paswan, except the confessional statement there is nothing against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 10.02.2016, but he has not been put on T.I.P while informant claimed to identify the accused on seeing him again.

No.27818 of 2016 (2) dt.13-07-2016 2/2 Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Tekari P.S. Case No. 337 of 2013.
