The informant, Head Clerk, made allegation that the petitioner came to his office and tried to pressurize to put signature

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49227 of 2014 (2) dt.06-04-2015 2 / 2 on a paper. It is submitted that some altercation took place and the petitioner did not assault the informant. The petitioner and his mother and others were present there. The occurrence is said to have taken place at 12 P.M., but the information was given at 4.15 P.M., although the police station is situated in the nearby. Considering the facts and the nature of the allegation, it is directed that in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, the above named petitioner shall be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Udwantnagar P.S. Case No. 370/14, subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
