JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 29-06-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 147,341,323,324,307,379,504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that petitioner no. 1 assaulted with Dabia on the head of the son of the informant, thereafter petitioner nos. 2 and 3 assaulted the son of the informant with iron rod. Co accused Ashok Singh put pistol on the chest of the informant's son whereas co accused Sona Singh took the gold chain. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury has been found to be simple caused by hard and blunt substance and there is counter version of the occurrence also.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24486 of 2015 (2) dt.29-06-2015 2/2 The aforesaid facts constitute ground for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Pipra P.S. Case No. 191 of 2014 pending in the court of learned JM Ist Class, Supaul.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
